General terms

These are sample general terms of a demo dealership. A real dealership writes its own, under the Consumer Protection Act.

1. The listings

The data in the listings follow the car’s papers and our check. The final condition is seen at a viewing, and the contract describes the car exactly.

2. Prices

Prices are in euro, VAT included when the car is sold with VAT. The leasing calculator is an estimate, not a credit offer — the terms are the lessor’s.

3. Test drives

You drive with a valid licence and one of our consultants, on a route agreed in advance.

4. Warranty claims

Warranty claims are accepted at the lot where you bought the car or at the e-mail on the contact page.

5. Disputes

Disputes are settled by mutual agreement or, failing that, under Bulgarian law.
